When does the Trade In event run?

You must buy a new Dyson qualifying product from an eligible retailer between the later of 15th July 2024 and the start date for the country and program listed below and 31st Dec 2024.
- Haircare Program participating countries and start dates:
     - Germany: 15th July 2024
     - Austria: 15th July 2024
     - Switzerland: 15th July 2024
- Airblade Program participating countries and start dates:
     - Germany: 15th July 2024
     - Austria: 15th July 2024
     - Switzerland: 15th July 2024

Claims must be made via the trade in portal with 14 days following the purchase of your new Dyson device.

All traded in products must be sent to us within 14 days following the submission of your claim.
