Fill in our quick form and tell us about the new product you purchased and the old appliance you are trading in, and we’ll tell you how much we’ll pay you for it.
You can trade in as many products as the number of new products you have purchased. For example, if you purchased 2 new Dyson products, you can trade in 2 old products in the same application.

Send your old appliances to us
We will provide you with a free pre-paid postage label that you can use to send your trade in product to us.
Simply package your old trade in product, inform us on how many boxes you are sending us and the total weight. We will send you the return labels which you attach to the box, then drop it off to your nearest collection point for the designated freight carrier (you can also arrange for pick-up if you prefer).
We will issue your payment between 30 to 45 days after we receive your trade in product at our facility.
